Submitting a booking enquiry does not confirm a performance. A formal agreement is reached only after direct discussion, confirmation of availability, and agreement on scope, date and terms.

2. Performance coordination

Performance dates, duration, cast and programme are confirmed in writing. VPAG works with the organizer to plan logistics such as stage, sound and scheduling. Changes to the agreed programme may affect availability.

3. Content and imagery

Photographs and videos of VPAG performances may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Website content

Information on this website is provided in good faith. VPAG makes no guarantees regarding historical or cultural claims and is not liable for reliance placed on website content.

5. Limitation of liability

VPAG is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from a performance or from use of this website.
